If you wish to make any changes to your order after payment has been taken, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes requested.

Build Timeframe

We aim to fabricate and dispatch your frame within 4 weeks. However, please allow up to 12 weeks for production and delivery, as build times may vary depending on workload, stock availability, and other unforeseen factors.

Once your frame has been completed and carefully packaged, we will contact you to confirm it is ready for dispatch. The remaining balance, along with the shipping charge, must be paid in full before your order is shipped.

UK Shipping

Shipping within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £70 per frame.

International Shipping

As international shipping costs can fluctuate, we are unable to provide a fixed shipping price at the time of ordering. Once we have your full delivery address, email address, and telephone number, we will calculate an accurate shipping quote based on the final packaged dimensions and weight of your completed frame.

When your frame is ready for dispatch, we will contact you by email with the shipping cost. The remaining balance, including the shipping charge, must be paid before your order is shipped.

Every Tora frame is covered by a 5 year warranty for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

• Crash damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Bearings and bearing replacement
• Cosmetic damage

Yes.

If your frame is damaged in a crash, we offer a reduced-price replacement frame to the original purchaser. While accidental damage is not covered under warranty, our crash replacement program is designed to help you get back on the trail as quickly as possible.

For dual crown forks, 44mm Zero Stack (44ZS) headset cups are required top and bottom.

For single crown forks with a tapered steerer, use a 44mm Zero Stack upper cup and a 1.5” external lower cup.

You need an IS to post mount adaptor.

Please note that our coating partner offers a selected range of colours, so availability may vary.

We can also supply a frame in white primer if you wish to arrange your own finish. Please note that refinishing the frame outside of Tora may affect the frame warranty.

Our raw finish uses an etch lacquer rather than powder coating to preserve the appearance of the steel while providing a lightweight protective coating.

Finish Disclaimer

Etch lacquer is intentionally different from powder coat. It offers a distinctive raw-metal appearance but is less resistant to chips, scratches and abrasion. Cosmetic wear should be expected, particularly with regular off-road use.

By choosing this finish, you acknowledge that:

Cosmetic wear, scratches and stone chips are considered normal.

The finish may naturally change in appearance over time.

No warranty is provided against cosmetic wear, fading, corrosion or finish deterioration.

Marks caused by riding, transport, assembly or maintenance are considered part of normal use.

All Tora frames are available in either single-speed or geared configurations. Simply select your preferred drivetrain option when placing your order.

Each frame model is designed around specific wheel configurations, which can be selected when ordering.

Once production has begun, changes to your chosen wheel size may incur additional charges, as they can require modifications to the frame specification.

We ship Tora frames worldwide. Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable when your order arrives in your destination country.

On the EVH Classic, NP Special, and ENR, we suggest running a 32 tooth boost chainring with a -3 offset, this allows for optimum chain tension and clearance while giving you a good gear ratio

For the two hardtail frames we recommend using up to a 34 tooth boost chainring with a -3 offset.

We suggest you use an 18 tooth sprocket- this gives you good chain clearance of the oval swing arm, and coupled with a 22 tooth inner idler, 17 tooth outer idler that is connected to a 32 tooth chainring, your gear ratio is 2:3.

The EVH uses a twin-idler system mounted directly on the main pivot, with two separate chains working together to manage the drivetrain through the suspension’s travel.

This allows us to take full advantage of the EVH’s high-pivot, rearward axle path, this eliminates pedal kickback, and has zero chain growth 

The result is a rear suspension system that remains active and predictable through rough terrain, even under hard braking, while keeping unwanted drivetrain feedback to a minimum.
